Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours must be done directly with your RMT
- 24 hour cancellation policy
- Cancellation within 24-2hrs of your appointment time is considered a "LATE CANCELLATION" and will be subject to a charge of 50% the appointment fee
- Cancellations within 2hrs of your appointment time will be considered a "NO SHOW" and the full appointment fee will apply
Please note: Extended medical plans do not cover "late cancellation" or "no show" fees
