Please be kind! Abusive language and behaviour will not be tolerated at any time. Coastal Pines welcomes people from many walks of life and aims to create a healing and inclusive space for those that enter the door.

We do our best to provide a near scent free or odour neutral environment in the clinic, however our disinfectant does contain thyme oil. You can help us by limiting your application of perfumes and colognes prior to your appointment. *Please do not smoke immediately before your appointment.* Thank-you!

Please note that there is often a calm dog in the clinic. To help minimize allergy irritation there is a HEPA filter in use. If you are fearful or allergic to dogs, please communicate directly with you RMT and we will do our best to work with you to find an agreeable solution.
